The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce, family, and friends gathered to celebrate the opening of the new Trade-N-Post Pawn & Coin, located at 880 Kootenai Cut-Off Road in Ponderay. “A step above the rest,” the new pawn shop is owned by second generation pawn broker Scott Sawyer and offers collateral loans. buys gold and silver, and buys and sells gently used tools, instruments, sporting goods, electronics, coins, collectables, jewelry, firearms, and loans on most any item of value. DVD, CD, and game disc repair is also available, and DVDs can be purchased at highly competitive lower prices. The store is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, and during the winter months they will open 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and maintain the same Saturday hours. The Chamber congratulates owners Scott and Lisa Sawyer on the opening of their new business and wishes them much success in the years to come.
